PAL-2 Pocket Digital Refractometer

This refractometer provides an accurate result in less than 3 seconds. It is equipped with automatic temperature compensation, a stainless steel sample plate and a large liquid crystal display.

It can measure many high concentration samples such as jam, marmalade, jelly, honey and concentrated juices.

When boiling jam or marmalade is measured, the PAL-2 gives stabilized measurement values if the measurement is repeated several times. As the "zero adjustment" (calibration) can be carried out with water, it offers a very high ease of use.
